Manila Ocean Park

When I was a kid I thought mermaids are real and I got frustrated that I was not born a mermaid, LOL. I always wondered how is it like to live under the sea, to swim with the dolphins and fish. Good thing there are ocean theme park like the Manila Ocean Park where you can catch a glimpse of the life underwater without actually diving into one.

From Las Pinas, we rode a bus going to Lawton and asked the driver to drop us at United Nations (UN) LRT 1 Station, we didn't know where to go from UN Station so we rode a taxi but you can actually walk, passing through Luneta Park, to Manila Ocean Park.

The tickets to the Oceanarium cost P400 for adults and P350 for children, we bought a package which included a ticket to a sea lion show + oceanarium + Sea Fairies Entrance for P600  per pax. You can book online at www.manilaoceanpark.com or at the park's entrance. I suggest you go there during lean season so there would be less people visiting the park.
